1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the fg61 website accessible at fg61.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related services offered thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fg61 platform for any purpose, including browsing, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• "Account" means the individual, password-protected user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the fg61 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their fg61 Account using any supported payment method, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by fg61 pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by fg61 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Eligibility

2.2 Personal Eligibility

By registering an Account, you further represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of fg61 or any of its associated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by fg61 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are wagering only funds you can afford to lose.
• You are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on fg61. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. fg61 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on fg61, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fg61 will treat any activity conducted using your Account credentials as authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify fg61 immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fg61 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing any withdrawal request; upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds; upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, multi-account, or money laundering activity. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. fg61 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and verified.

3.4 Account Verification Timeline

fg61 endeavours to complete KYC verification within 24 to 72 hours of receiving complete documentation on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fg61 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fg61 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of fg61.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash or Nagad.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. VIP players have enhanced withdrawal limits accessible through their dedicated account manager.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. fg61 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC verification or fraud investigation without liability to the Player.

4.4 Own Payment Methods

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. fg61 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to use payment methods not registered to you may result in the suspension of your Account and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by fg61 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not utilised within the specified promotional period will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of any active bonuses in your Account.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements; colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering; or any other strategy that fg61 reasonably determines constitutes an abuse of promotional terms. fg61 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus or winnings and close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Malfunctions

6.3 Bet Cancellations and Disputes

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the fg61 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. If you believe a wager was accepted in error or that an outcome was incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute with fg61 customer support within 7 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

6.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets on fg61 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. In-play wagers are accepted subject to system availability and are final once confirmed. fg61 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already concluded or where the result is publicly known at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg61 platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one Account on fg61, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the fg61 platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity using the fg61 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.

Once self-exclusion is active, fg61 will not permit you to deposit, wager, or claim bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period.

• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

fg61's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Real Money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by fg61

fg61 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where fg61 reasonably determines that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct; continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to fg61; or applicable laws require fg61 to do so.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your fg61 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, fg61 will process any eligible Real Money balance for withdrawal subject to KYC requirements and active wagering obligations. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the fg61 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

fg61 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the fg61 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fg61 platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2 above. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fg61 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair-play certified systems. We do not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals from any particular government authority.

Any dispute between the Player and fg61 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation and our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Players retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of their rights.
